Thank you for taking the time to review my profile. I have lived in Western Washington most of my life. I think the Northwest is one of the most beautiful places in the country to live. Puget Sound, the mountains and the many rivers and lakes make for magnificent scenery. This is where I have raised my son and daughter. One of our favorite places to go is the beach with our dogs. We also enjoy boating and playing in the snow. We are so lucky to have all this available in Washington!

I became intrigued by the real estate market after purchasing my first home in 2004. I have recently moved to the Key Peninsula area where we purchased vacant land and built a house. I believe real estate is always a wise investment which led me to this profession. Whether it is to find the finished dream home, the potential in a fixer upper or an investment property, I am passionate about helping people realize their goals. I also have personal experience in the sale of estate property which can have its own unique challenges.
