Michelle was born and raised in California. In 2008 Michelle made the big move to Washington. She held a successful career in the financial and mortgage lending field. In 2015, Michelle decided she wanted to help people find their dream homes. Michelle took a leap of faith and left her banking career and became a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams West Sound. Michelle closed several transactions on both the buying and selling side. In 2017, she was asked to take the role as Agent Services for Keller Williams, helping over 150 real estate agents with their businesses. Michelle was extremely successful in this role, which caused the Sievers Real Estate Team to take note of her talents.

In 2018, The Sievers Real Estate Team scored big when Michelle agreed to take the position of executive assistant. Michelle flourished in this role and was promoted to Director of Operations in 2019.  In September 2020 ​Michelle helped us seamlessly transfer from being a team to an independent brokerage. Michelle is an expert in customer service and her background in financial and mortgage lending makes her an integral part of the firm.

Michelle loves living in Gig Harbor. She has two beautiful daughters that also live close by. Michelle enjoys hiking, music (she’s a walking jukebox), and she loves to travel!
